1st post

First post! Well, I finally met with my mentor yesterday. So exciting. She explained how and what it is her job is like and how the field runs. She works with kids who haven't fully developed and is a social worker who makes sure their rights are protected and well reserved. I'm excited to be working with kids who have mental retardation, or epilepsy! Can't wait to get out on the field!
